FIDUCIARY DISCRETION

Client Privacy &
Non-Disclosure Charter.

Last updated: October 2026. TruTrust operates under institutional standards of discretion. We protect client identities, architectural blueprints, and physical estate coordinates with Swiss-grade security protocols.

Executive Summary of Client Discretion

TruTrust never discloses client names, estate addresses, or interior photography without explicit written consent. We routinely execute bilateral NDAs with family offices, private estates, and sovereign wealth entities prior to initial architectural review.

1. Scope & Fiduciary Commitment

This Charter governs all digital transmissions through trutrust.com, our private client portals, direct email exchanges, and physical documentation handled across our London, Zurich, Dubai, and New York ateliers. Because our commissions frequently involve high-profile individuals and mission-critical commercial landmarks, we enforce the highest standards of confidentiality under English Common Law and Swiss Data Protection Regulations (FADP).

2. Architectural Blueprint & CAD Encryption

All 3D BIM models, CAD technical drawings, MEP layouts, and structural calculations are encrypted using military-grade AES-256 standards both at rest and in transit. Physical blueprints are maintained in access-controlled fireproof vaults, accessible exclusively by authorized Project Directors and Structural Engineers.

Subcontractors and specialist trade fabricators receive strictly compartmentalized drawing sets with identifying site metadata stripped to ensure zero external disclosure of complete floor plans or security room coordinates.

3. On-Site Physical Security Protocols

During active construction phases, our sites operate under strict perimeter security. Tradespeople undergo background verification and must sign individualized non-disclosure contracts. Mobile phone photography is strictly prohibited across active residential job sites, and projects are identified exclusively by internal project codenames.

4. Digital Infrastructure & Smart Building Privacy

Integrated Building Management Systems (BMS) and smart home automation systems installed by TruTrust operate on air-gapped or dedicated hardware firewalls. We configure smart estate telemetry to run edge-computed algorithms, preventing third-party cloud data harvesting of occupant habits or surveillance feeds.

5. Compliance, GDPR & The Right to Erasure

In accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and UK Data Protection Act 2018, clients retain the absolute right to inspect, correct, or request the secure destruction of speculative drawings, feasibility reports, and contact records upon project closure or termination of negotiations.
