These institutional governance standards outline our contractual mechanisms, Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) terms, quality control tolerances, and 10-year structural warranty provisions.
We operate on the foundational principle that high-end construction requires fiscal clarity, transparent procurement, and uncompromised structural excellence. Every project is bound by standardized FIDIC or JCT Major Project master contracts.
TruTrust provides three principal engagement models:
No modification to architectural plans, materials, or timelines will be executed without a formal, written Change Order signed by both the Client’s Representative and TruTrust’s Project Director. Every Change Order includes an exhaustive quantity surveyor report documenting line-item labor, material delta, and impact on the master CPM schedule.
All structural concrete, curtain wall installations, mass timber joints, and stone cladding adhere to ISO 9001 quality management benchmarks. Our finishes operate to sub-millimeter tolerances:
All load-bearing structures, foundational elements, subterranean waterproofing, and building envelopes delivered by TruTrust carry a 10-year comprehensive warranty underwritten by tier-one international sureties. Deficiencies in core structural integrity or water ingress within this period will be rectified at our sole expense.
Upon practical completion, the client receives a fully federated 4D BIM Digital Twin, containing complete operational telemetry, equipment serial numbers, maintenance schedules, and geospatial routing of all concealed conduit, plumbing, and structural reinforcements.
All disputes arising from or connected to our master building agreements shall be settled under the Rules of the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA) by one or more arbitrators appointed in accordance with the said Rules. The seat of arbitration shall be London, England, and proceedings conducted in English.
